Sydney Richardson, BSN, RN
Hannah completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 202! at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She started her nursing career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical where she worked as an Acute Surgical Trauma/ IMC nurse. Sydney has always had interest in aesthetic nursing and joined Associates in Plastic Surgery in 2023.
Sydney’s focus is on counseling patients prior to surgery, assisting with operative procedures, and aiding patients with any postoperative care. Her priority is not only to ensure her patients receive the best care possible, but also to have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Jennifer Oshiro, BSN, RN
Jennifer Oshiro is a Registered Nurse and expert Nurse Injector at Associates in Plastic Surgery. She initially joined Associates in Plastic Surgery in 2009 as a Medical Assistant. She developed a passion for patient care and plastic surgery nursing, which led her to further her education as a Registered Nurse in 2012. After obtaining additional experience at Sentara Health Care as an orthopedic medical/surgical nurse, she rejoined Associates in Plastic Surgery in 2014. Jennifer has since continued her education and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Sentara College of Health Sciences in 2017.
Jennifer’s love for aesthetic nursing has been instrumental in her continued education, by attending master training courses and learning the most up to date injection techniques and safety protocols. Working closely under the supervision and direction of Dr. Michael J. Denk, she is able to offer a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation, providing patients with both surgical and non-surgical options to achieve optimal results.
Jennifer’s goal is to educate her patients, allowing them to be an active part in the planning process. She always wants to empower each patient to feel confident in their own skin. Through popular injectable like Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, and Restylane, Jennifer is able to achieve natural facial enhancement,
Jennifer lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys family time and practicing yoga.

Adrienne Baker
Adrienne Baker is the newest member of #teamdenk. With over 8 years of experience working in plastic surgery, she brings with her a love and commitment to helping all patients throughout their journey and prides herself on exceptional patient care and communication.
Adrienne joined us in April 2023 after moving back to the area to be closer to family. She has a degree in Early Childhood Development but loved plastic surgery so much that she changed course to a career in the medical field! Adrienne is so excited to be part of such a welcoming and supportive team who truly cares about their patients from the very start.
Outside of the office, Adrienne is a busy single mom to a beautiful little girl! She is an avid reader and loves going on outdoor adventures with her little one. They love having movie nights and spending time with friends and family.

Zoe Quick
Zoe is the Client Services Coordinator for #teamdenk. She loves helping people tell their stories, schedule appointments, and assist with their insurance questions. She has been with Associates in Plastic Surgery for 2 years, beginning as Dr. Denk’s secretary. Most recently, she taken on the role of Social Media Manager for the good doctor and is enjoying learning as much as she can about that role and getting to know all of Dr. Denk’s patients throughout their plastic surgery journey.
